When can I renew my 2023 season ticket membership at Children’s Mercy Park?

The window to renew your 2023 seats for Children’s Mercy Park is open now through August 12.

• Thursday, July 14 - Renewal Window Opens and Early Bird Renewal Window Opens

Securing my place in line for season tickets at the new stadium is most important for me.  What should I do?

The best way to secure seats for the 2024 Inaugural Season at the new KC Current Stadium at Berkley Riverfront Park is to renew your 2023 season ticket membership now. This will ensure that you maintain your seniority with the Club and also maintain your Tier 1 priority to select seats in the new stadium, which will begin later this year.  

How can I select my new seats, add-on seats, or upgrade my seats for 2023 at Children’s Mercy Park?

We would be happy to review the available options for you to upgrade or add on seats now.  Please contact us at 1-913-374-0233 and a member of our team will walk you through the available seating options.

Please note, it’s encouraged that you secure the best seats for 2023 in order to provide you with the chance to select the best seats in the new downtown stadium.  Your 2023 seat location will be one factor, among others in determining the member seat selection order.

Will you be offering a payment plan this season? 

Yes, we will offer a few different payment options to provide fans with flexibility.  Fans can pay in full or select an interest free 3-part payment option.  Fans opting into the 3-part payment plan will be billed in three equal installments - one-third at time of confirmation, one-third on or before January 15th, 2023, one-third on or before March 15th, 2023.

If I choose a payment plan, can I prepay it off whenever I choose, or am I stuck in a set schedule of payments?

Yes, you can prepay your seats at any time through your SeatGeek account manager or by calling our team directly.  

Does the time that I renew have any effect on my new stadium priority?

No, but it’s encouraged that you take advantage of the great opportunity now to win an authentic 2022 KC Current customized jersey through our early-bird renewal drawings that will be taking place next week.  Don’t miss out on the chance to win this exclusive member prize! 

The renewal window closes Friday, August 12 at 11:59 p.m. CT.  As long as your account is renewed on or before that deadline, you’ll retain your new stadium priority, which is based on the total amount of time that you’ve been a KC Current Season Ticket Member.

Is priority for the new KC Current Stadium determined solely by price, account longevity, or a combination of both?

The new stadium seat selection process is still being finalized but we are considering a number of factors including both seniority and your 2023 seat location.  It’s important that you renew your 2023 KC Current membership at Children’s Mercy Park to ensure that you’ll receive Tier 1 priority for seat selection once the process begins later this year.  We will share more details regarding the exact order and seat selection process in the coming months with our members.

What are the New Stadium seat selection priority tiers?

• Tier 1 - 2023 KC Current Season Ticket Members at Children’s Mercy Park
• Tier 2 - New Stadium Depositors
• Tier 3 - General Public (Subject to availability)  

When can I renew my Flex Plan membership or upgrade into season tickets?

2023 Flex Plans will be available at a later date, subject to availability.  It’s encouraged that you purchase a 2023 season ticket membership for Children’s Mercy Park to ensure that you have Tier 1 priority to select seats in the new KC Current Stadium at Berkley Riverfront Park.  2023 memberships will be on-sale in August and you will receive more information from the Club when those are available.  

If I have been sharing my account with family or friends, can I split that into 2 separate accounts?

Yes, if you are planning to purchase tickets separately going forward in the new downtown stadium, it’s encouraged that you split your accounts now to ensure your priority is established to select seats.  We would be happy to help you establish your own account seniority and determine your seating preferences.  By establishing your own account now, you will earn priority to select new stadium seats ahead of all new 2023 season ticket members, new stadium depositors, and the general public. Please contact your KC Current season ticket account executive to facilitate this update to your account.

If I renew my season tickets for 2023, do I still need to place a deposit for the new stadium?

No, your 2023 season ticket membership will serve as your priority deposit for new stadium seat selection.  Beginning later this year, our 2023 season ticket members will receive more information on the new stadium seat selection process and the priority order.  Our members will receive Tier 1 priority and select seats ahead of all new stadium depositors. 

What is my early bird renewal gift going to be and when am I going to receive it?

All KC Current season ticket members that renew for 2023 ahead of the Early Bird Renewal deadline on July 17 will be entered to win an authentic KC Current customized jersey.  In total, twenty-five accounts will be notified of their selection in the days following and the jerseys will be mailed to the address on your account.

What happens if I don’t renew by the deadline?

If you don’t renew your 2023 season ticket membership by the deadline on Friday, August 12, you will lose your priority for seat selection at the new KC Current Stadium at Berkley Riverfront Park.  In addition, you will lose your tenured seniority with the Club thus resulting in you risking your ability to select and/or obtain seats in the new stadium.  Based on expected demand, your chances of selecting seats will be subject to availability.  

Does my season ticket membership include playoff tickets?

No. Playoff tickets are an add-on to all KC Current Season Ticket Memberships. Pricing and availability will be communicated to our members once the team qualifies for the playoffs and its determined we’ll host a home playoff match.  

Is the renewal process only online or will I be able to call my season ticket rep with questions?

You should have received an email from our team on Friday, July 15 which links to your SeatGeek account manager.  Within a few steps, you’ll be able to select your payment plan and confirm your seats for 2023 at Children’s Mercy Park.  If you have any additional questions, you can call us at 1-913-374-0233 at any time and a member of our team will help you.  

How do you switch your SeatGeek account email?
