WILL YOU BE OFFERING A PAYMENT PLAN THIS SEASON?

Yes, we will offer a couple different payment options to provide fans with flexibility. Fans can pay in full or select an interest free payment plan option. Please reach out to a representative at (913)-374-0233 for more information.

HOW TO EXCHANGE TICKETS?

Go to your Offers tab HERE
Select “Exchange Your Tickets”
Choose the event you would like to exchange out of
Select the seats you would like to exchange
Select the match you would like to exchange into
Choose your new seats

IF I CHOOSE A PAYMENT PLAN, CAN I PREPAY IT OFF WHENEVER I CHOOSE, OR AM I STUCK IN A SET SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS?

DOES MY SEASON TICKET MEMBERSHIP INCLUDE PLAYOFF TICKETS?

No. Playoff tickets are an add-on to all KC Current Season Ticket Memberships. Pricing and availability will be communicated to our members once the team qualifies for the playoffs and its determined we’ll host a home playoff match.

HOW DO YOU SWITCH YOUR SEATGEEK ACCOUNT EMAIL?

Please contact your account manager directly or email us at tickets@kansascitycurrent.com and a member of our team will help you make the change to your account.

WHAT IS A MOBILE WALLET?

A Mobile Wallet stores your tickets digitally so that you don't need to log in to access your tickets at the game. To utilize your Mobile Wallet, be sure your phone is updated to the latest version.

WHY ISN'T MY TICKET WORKING IN MY MOBILE WALLET?

Your phone may not be updated to the latest version, your ticket may not have been transferred correctly, or your account may be linked to a different Apple ID. Please click here for more info.

WHERE ARE THE BARCODES FOR TICKETS IN MY MOBILE WALLET?

Barcodes are no longer needed for tickets in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Just hold your phone near the reader to scan your ticket.

HOW CAN I SCAN MY TICKETS IF I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO MOBILE WALLET?

If you are unable to access your Mobile Wallet, you can view your rotating barcodes through the Kansas City Current Mobile App.
