Parking & Transportation: 7 Ways to Get to CPKC Stadium

Since the announcement of CPKC Stadium, KC Current have worked to develop a multi-modal transportation plan with sustainability and accessibility in mind. Check out the seven different ways fans will be able to arrive to our downtown stadium.

On-Site Parking 

On-site parking passes, offering the quickest way to CPKC Stadium’s gates, are very limited. Season parking passes are exclusively available to KC Current Season Ticket Members starting on Monday, Feb. 26. Limited single-match parking will be on sale at a later date.

To encourage sustainable use of this limited inventory, each vehicle with 4 or more fans parking in KC Current lots will earn a $10 credit to use inside CPKC Stadium.

A two-installment payment plan will be offered for full-season parking passes. 

Streetcar 

The free KC Streetcar is a two-mile route spanning all of Downtown Kansas City, from Union Station to the River Market. KC Current will cover the last stretch of the fan journey, until the Streetcar’s Berkley Riverfront extension opens. The groundbreaking for that extension is Friday, March 1. 

Off-Site Parking 

Off-site parking options are available throughout the Downtown Kansas City area via lots, street and garage parking. Fans can walk, ride the Streetcar or utilize KC Current’s last stretch solution after parking off-site to arrive at CPKC Stadium. 

Walk

From the Town of Kansas Bridge, it is approximately a one mile walk along the Riverfront Heritage Trail to CPKC Stadium. The pedestrian-only bridge and trail and can be accessed from 2nd & Main St. in the River Market. 

Bike 

Free and secured bike valet will be offered at CPKC Stadium, for a seamless and hassle-free experience for cyclists. All Kansas City buses are equipped with bike racks, and on the Streetcar, bikes are able to board and disembark from the middle car.  

Bus 

RideKC buses are free, with multiple lines running through the River Market neighborhood. 

On 3rd at Grand - Southbound stop services the 10, 55, 77, 85, 103, 201 bus routes. 

On 5th at Grand - Northbound services the 10, 85, 201 bus routes. 

RideShare 

CPKC Stadium will have designated pick-up and drop-off locations for all popular rideshare operators.
