NWSL REGULAR SEASON MATCH: KC CURRENT VS. PORTLAND THORNS

We can’t wait to welcome you to CPKC Stadium for the Home Opener this Saturday!

IMPORTANT: Due to the City’s ongoing KC Streetcar construction on the Grand Boulevard Bridge, your matchday parking and transportation plan WILL be affected. We apologize for any inconvenience but are excited about the future Streetcar service and what that means for convenient entry to CPKC Stadium in 2026.

Fans are encouraged to plan ahead and arrive early to avoid potential delays. CPKC Stadium gates open at 9:45 a.m.

Enjoy a variety of pre-match and post-match activities at CPKC Stadium this Saturday!

Pre-match Activities on CPKC Plaza start at 8:45 a.m. and include:

• A performance by DJ Doop
• CPR Training by 13 Beats presented by CPKC. The first 500 fans will receive a free CPKC Has Heart hot/cold pack
• LaCroix samplings
• CityDogs KC giveaways
• United Way giveaways
• Facepainting
• Teal glitter tattoos

Pre-match activities on the CPKC Stadium concourse begin when gates open at 9:45 a.m. and include:

• Athletic Brewing sampling on the southwest corner of the concourse through halftime.
• $1 off Guinness purchased at YETI bar through halftime. Each Guinness purchased will receive a KC Current crest printed in foam.
• Get your autograph from select KC Current players on the northwest concourse between 10:15 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. Limited to the first 100 fans in line. 

The fun continues after the match with post-match activities!

• Enjoy a post-match happy hour featuring beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and food at Got Game Grill, behind the Hy-Vee South Stands, for up to one hour after the match. Alcohol sales will end 45 minutes post-match.
• Grab a picture on the pitch after the match! Head to the northwest concourse, near section 111. Photos will begin once the team has cleared the pitch.
• 10,000 CPKC Stadium stickers, courtesy of CPKC, will be handed out upon exit, while supplies last!
