CPKC STADIUM ONSITE PARKING
RULES AND REGULATIONS

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CPKC STADIUM ONSITE PARKING RULES AND REGULATIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER PROVISIONS.

Any violation of these CPKC Stadium Onsite Parking Rules and Regulations (these “Rules and Regulations”) could result in ejection and/or loss of ticket and/or parking privileges for CPKC Stadium events and events hosted by other third parties with joint access to the Parking Lots (defined below).

Unless otherwise posted prior to a specific event, CPKC Stadium parking lots (“Parking Lots”) will open approximately three (3) hours prior to the event/stated kick-off times. All vehicles must exit the Parking Lots no later than two (2) hours after the end of each applicable stadium event. Overnight parking is not permitted for any vehicle in the Parking Lots. Unauthorized vehicles and vehicles remaining in the Parking Lots outside of the above stated event hours may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
You must have a valid parking pass in order to park in the Parking Lots. Parking passes must be purchased prior to arriving to the Stadium Lots. Parking Passes are not available for purchase on-site.
You must follow the instructions of parking staff in and around the Parking Lots and park in the specific lot and location directed by on-site parking staff. You are not guaranteed any specific Parking Lot location (unless otherwise stated on your parking pass). You may not park in any area that is not designated as a parking space in or around the Parking Lots.
One vehicle per parking space.
Saving spaces is specifically prohibited.
These Rules and Regulations do NOT allow exceptions for vehicles with hazard lights flashing and/or for otherwise improperly parked vehicles for even a very limited duration.
Access to the Parking Lots during event hours are for ticketed event guests only and parking attendants have the right to confirm that guests have event tickets at any time. Guests will not be permitted to remain in the Parking Lots after the event has begun. No loitering.
If your vehicle exceeds 18’ in length and/or 9’ in width, or if your vehicle is too large to fit properly into one parking space, or if it is a bus or RV, you may be refused entry, directed to another parking area, and/or be required to purchase an additional parking pass. Tow-behind trailers are not permitted. Additional parking fees may apply to oversize vehicles, buses and RVs.
Non-licensed motorized vehicles are prohibited within the parking lot(s), including without limitation golf carts, ATV's, UTV's and other similar vehicles.
The following items are prohibited in the Parking Lots:
- Amplified sounds systems
- Animals (except service animals)
- Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades,
- Generators
- Grills of any kind, oil fryers, cooking stations, fire pits
- Drones and other unmanned aerial devices/vehicles
- Fireworks or other explosives of any kind including but not limited to flares, smoke bombs, incendiary devices and pyrotechnics
- Glass bottles or containers
- Illegal drugs and substances
- Signs, banners, or flags displaying symbols, images, using language or making gestures that are threatening, abusive, offensive or discriminatory, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, ability, and/or sexual orientation are prohibited
- Tables and Chairs
- Tents
- Trailers of any kind
- Weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, knives, pepper spray, stun guns, concealed weapons, and firearms and any ammunition or accessories to weapons
- Yard games that block or interfere with parking spaces, parking aisles or traffic in the Parking Lot
You acknowledge and agree that you and your guests and each of your respective belongings and/or vehicle may be searched upon entry into the Parking Lots and/or other security checkpoints. Prohibited items may be confiscated at the sole discretion of CPKC Stadium Management or individual conducting the inspection. Any surrendered or confiscated prohibited items will be deemed to have been surrendered irrevocably and voluntarily and may be disposed of without any liability. By entering a Parking Lot, you hereby consent to such searches and inspections and waives all claims relating to them. If you or your guests do not permit such searches or inspections, you may be denied entry to or ejected from the Parking Lots and/or event without refund.
Solicitations, commercial or otherwise, including the use of branded vehicles, are prohibited in the Parking Lots. Sales of any food, beverage, or other items in the Parking Lots, either prepaid or walk-up, is prohibited.
The use, operation, deployment, or monitoring of any aerial vehicle, including but not limited to any fixed wing roto aircraft, drone, rocket, powered balloons, ultralights, or model aircraft, regardless of whether controlled by line of sight, radio frequency, tethers, or any other means, is prohibited at any time on or near CPKC Stadium, including the Parking Lots, and the airspace immediately above it. Violators may be subject to prosecution and fines for violations of FAA regulated airspace restrictions in addition to any other remedy provided in these terms and conditions and available under applicable laws.
All applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those related to disabled parking, alcohol consumption and distribution, and all other activities shall apply while in the Parking Lots.
Failure to obey any instruction, direction or request of police, parking attendants, traffic control staff and/or CPKC Stadium staff or set forth on Parking Lot signage, or a violation of these rules and regulations or any of CPKC Stadium’s or KC Current’s policies may result in ejection from the Parking Lot, forfeiture and cancellation of your parking pass and/or season parking passes (if applicable) without reimbursement or compensation, and/or your vehicle being towed at your expense.
Parking is at your own risk. There is no parking security to monitor vehicles during event hours or otherwise. Neither CPKC Stadium nor its employees, owners, officers, representatives, agents, affiliates or parking attendants are responsible for any injury, personal injury or lost, stolen, damaged items or property. Ensure you lock your car and store valuable items out of site or take with you when leaving your vehicle.
There are active and on-going construction activities in the Parking Lots, including, without limitation, construction staging and the storage and movement of heavy machinery, equipment, and materials (the “Construction Activities”). You expressly acknowledge that you have voluntarily chosen to park your vehicle in the Parking Lots during a period of active construction and/or limited parking availability. As such, you acknowledge and agree that there may be (i) limited or modified access to parking in the Parking Lots; (ii) potential exposure to dangerous/hazardous conditions and heavy construction equipment, materials, and machinery; (iii) changes in traffic patterns and/or parking configurations; and (iv) potential for possible damage to vehicles or bodily harm or death from said Construction Activities. You are strictly prohibited from making any form of physical contact with or the blocking of any construction entrances, work, fencing, equipment, materials, and machinery.
As a material inducement to providing you access to the Parking Lots and/or CPKC Stadium, to the fullest extent permitted by law you hereby (i) unconditionally and irrevocably WAIVE AND RELEASE any and all claims, losses, damages, actions, judgments, deficiencies, liabilities, causes of actions, defenses, fees (including reasonable attorney’s fees), or rights of recoupment (whether known or unknown) (collectively, “Losses”) in any way relating to damage or destruction to your vehicle or personal property or any bodily injury, harm or death as a result of the Construction Activities or your violation of these Rules and Regulations and the Parking Pass Terms (defined below); (ii) ASSUME ALL RISK AND FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION OF YOUR PROPERTY (INCLUDING YOUR VEHICLE), YOUR PERSONAL INJURY, OR YOUR DEATH; and (iii) you shall be obligated to INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS the Port Authority of Kansas City, Missouri, the Kansas City Current, the National Women’s Soccer League, Ballard Development, LLC, KC WFC StadCo Funding, LLC, and CPKC Stadium (together with the foregoing’s owners, partners, officers, directors, employees, staff, shareholders, managers, members, representatives, attorneys, licensees, sponsors, service providers, parking lot attendees/operators agents, lessors, lessees, players, coaches, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, financing sources, heirs, successors, and assigns) (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from any Losses of any kind whatsoever including Losses sustained as a result of bodily injury, death or damage/destruction of property. Further you COVENANT NOT TO SUE any of the Indemnified Parties for their actions, inactions, negligence, and misconduct, as a result of any Construction Activities, or your violation of these Rules and Regulation of or the Parking Pass Terms.
These Rules and Regulations may be unilaterally amended, restated, supplemented, modified, or otherwise revised (collectively, the “Amended Rules”) at any time for any reason or no reason whatsoever in which event, such Amended Rules shall be binding on you and every guest or user in consideration for your continued access to the Parking Lots.
These Rules and Regulations (together with any Amended Rules) shall be deemed to be made a part of and fully integrated into the Parking Pass Terms and Conditions (as the same may be amended or modified, the “Parking Pass Terms”). To the extent of a conflict between the terms and conditions set forth in the Parking Pass Terms and these Rules and Regulations, the terms of these Rules and Regulations shall control.
The term “you” or “your” shall mean any person using or accessing the Parking Lots or CPKC Stadium for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, the Pass Holder under the Parking Pass Terms), together with such person’s spouse, children, guardians, family, guests, invitees, licensees, dependents, administrators, executors, agents, legal representatives, heirs, and representatives.
These Rules and Regulations are applicable to all CPKC Stadium events and non-CPKC Stadium Events regardless of your holding or not holding of a parking pass. If you are parking in the Parking Lots for any reason whatsoever, these Rules and Regulations shall be applicable and strictly enforced against you at your sole cost and expenses. The term “Parking Lots” or “Stadium Lots” shall include all designated parking for CPKC Stadium or for events hosted by the Indemnified Parties.

These Rules and Regulations shall be governed by the laws of the state of Missouri and are intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by such laws, without giving effect to any choice of laws or conflict of law rules (whether of Missouri or any other jurisdiction) which would limit the application of the laws or of the jurisdiction of the laws of the state of Missouri.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Rules and Regulations shall be resolved by mandatory, confidential, final, and binding arbitration held before a neutral, single arbitrator in Kansas City, MO conducted by the Judicial Arbitration Mediation Services, Inc. in with its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures effective June 1, 2021. Any and all issues relating or pertaining to arbitration or this arbitration clause, including but not limited to the threshold question of arbitrability or the enforceability or validity of this arbitration clause shall be delegated exclusively to the arbitrator selected pursuant to this provision. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. YOU AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO LITIGATE IN COURT OR ARBITRATE ANY CLAIM AS A CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR CLASS ARBITRATION. IF YOU DO NOT CONSENT TO THIS CLAUSE, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY LEAVE OR NOT ENTER THE STADIUM LOTS. All claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to the amounts and remedies listed above.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY GOVERN YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE PASS AND CONTAIN BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS-ACTION WAIVER PROVISIONS.
If any term or provision of these Rules and Regulations is illegal or invalid for any reason whatsoever, such provision shall be severed here from and shall not affect the validity of remainder of the Rules and Regulations.
