KC Current (or “our”, or “we”) strives to make our websites accessible to all visitors and we are committed to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and relevant U.S. regulations. KC Current recognizes that accessibility and usability might not always be available in every area of our websites or for those using assistive technologies and devices. HOW OFTEN ARE WE TESTING?

Using up-to-date resources available we will scan our websites twice a year. The scans will measure our performance with the WCAG 2.0 Level AA accessibility standards and find any accessibility issues that may have a potential impact on those with disabilities. We will take all reasonable and commercially viable efforts to fix any issues within six (6) months from the time of our last scan. We will list any accessibility issues that will take longer to fix in our Statement and give you an explanation of our efforts to resolve them in a reasonable time.
