ACCESSIBILITY
KC Current and CPKC Stadium’s commitment to an accessible and inclusive matchday experience in and outside stadium gates.

Read the sections below related to different areas of our accessible matchday experience. 

ACCESSIBLE PARKING
On-Site

On-Site Parking in designated ADA parking spaces is available for fans with a parking pass and a registered, state-issued disability license plate or placard or disabled veterans license plate. Please contact our tickets mainline at 913-374-0233 to purchase your parking pass.

Fans with an ADA Parking Pass must have a registered ADA license plate or present their placard to park in the designated ADA parking spaces.

Off-Site
KC Current is offering a complimentary, dedicated service to transport those with accessibility needs from two designated shuttle locations. 

Shuttle buses and on-demand, accessible shuttle vans will be available for fans with ADA and limited mobility needs.

KC Current is offering a free matchday shuttle service to any fan arriving to either of two shuttle locations in River Market and Downtown KC. Shuttle buses will pick-up and drop-off fans at both locations on matchdays. At the stadium, shuttles will drop-off and pick-up fans at CPKC Plaza, adjacent to the Helzberg Diamonds Gate.

  • 2nd and Grand
    Shuttles will pick-up and drop-off on the southwest side of the intersection at 2nd and Grand. 
  • 7th and Main

    Shuttles will pick-up and drop-off on the north side of 7th St. between Main and Baltimore.

For Accessible Off-Site Parking, KC Current recommends fans to park nearest 7th and Main.

ACCESSIBLE MOBILITY DEVICES
Manually operated mobility aids (such as canes and walkers) and wheelchairs – both manually operated and electric – are permitted in the venue. 

At CPKC Stadium, we offer wheelchair assistance to bring a guest to their seat and pick them up when they wish to leave the stadium. Guests may arrange for wheelchair assistance by contacting an event staff member or calling Guest Services at 913-374-0233 or email guestservices@kansascitycurrent.com

Due to limited wheelchair quantities, guests are not permitted to keep CPKC Stadium wheelchairs during the event. Guests are asked to supply their own wheelchairs if they need one for the duration of the event. 

ACCESSIBLE RESTROOMS 
All restrooms at CPKC Stadium were designed to meet ADA standards. 

Adult Changing Tables are available on the Northwest side of the stadium, behind Section 110 & 111, as well as inside the Premium area, adjacent to the Pitch Club. 

ACCESSIBLE SEATING 
ADA seating is available in CPKC Stadium.

To make accommodations after arrival at an event, please see the Guest Services Center located in the southwest corner of the stadium near the Helzberg Diamonds Gate.

Fans in need of an ADA accessible seating location are welcome to exchange a non-accessible ticket for an accessible ticketed location. All exchanges will be on a first come, first served basis, based on availability. For exchanges the day of the event, CPKC Stadium staff will make a concerted effort to place fans in need of accessible seating and their companions in the closest or most comparable location to the non-accessible ticket that is exchanged. 

AGE
There is not a minimum age policy to attend events at CPKC Stadium. However, the general guidance is that children under the age of 14 should be accompanied by an adult. It is the parent or legal guardian’s responsibility to make the determination before allowing their child to attend an event at CPKC Stadium.

Children age 2 and under do not need a ticket provided they are able to sit on a parent or legal guardian’s lap during the event.

ALCOHOL POLICY 
Alcohol sales in the general seating areas of CPKC Stadium will end at the 75th minute mark for KC Current games. Alcohol sale end times will vary for other. stadium events. Staff members at CPKC Stadium strongly encourages all fans to exercise responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Fans should be aware of the following policies during KC Current matches and all major events:

  • Any fan that shows signs of impairment and/or intoxication may be denied entrance to or will be removed from CPKC Stadium, and subject to arrest. 
  • No alcoholic beverages can be brought inside the stadium. Any attempt to bring alcohol inside the stadium or possession of an alcoholic beverage not purchased from CPKC Stadium will result in ejection and confiscation of the fan’s ticket. No alcoholic beverages served inside the stadium can be taken outside CPKC Stadium. 
  • State of Missouri law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21 years of age. All fans should be prepared to show proper identification if requested by the concessionaire staff member. 
  • Concessionaire staff members reserve the right to deny services to fans that show signs of impairment and/or intoxication. 
  • Fans providing alcoholic beverages to persons less than 21 years of age will be ejected from CPKC Stadium and subject to arrest. 
  • Fans possessing alcohol that do not present proper identification when requested by a staff member may be ejected. 
  • A maximum of two alcoholic beverages can be purchased per ID, per transaction. 
  • It is the responsibility of each fan to ensure that they have a safe means of transportation when leaving the facility. 
  • Stadium management reserves the right to change these policies and procedures at anytime without prior notice to fans.

ALL GENDER RESTROOMS 
There are two All-Gender restrooms at CPKC Stadium. One is located outside the Pitch Club in the Premium area, and one is located on the main concourse in the northwest corner of the stadium, behind Section 110 & 111. 

ANIMALS 
Service dogs and miniature horses are allowed inside CPKC Stadium with fans that need their assistance. No pets or other animals are permitted. 

ASSISTIVE LISTENING DEVICES 
Assistive Listening Devices are available at the Guest Services Center to assist those with impaired hearing by amplifying sound.

BABY CHANGING STATIONS
All restrooms other than behind section 124 on the general concourse at CPKC Stadium are equipped with baby changing stations. 

BAG POLICY

  • All bags MUST be clear 
  • No clear bags larger than 12" x 12" x 6”  
  • Diaper and medical bags are subject to the same inspection procedures  
  • Exception to clear bag policy: Clutches and purses measuring 5” x 9” or smaller permitted after inspection 
  • Backpacks (Including purse backpacks or drawstring/cinch bags of any kind or size) are not permitted inside CPKC Stadium. 

Fans should be prepared to open their bags for inspection and may be asked by security staff to shift and possibly remove the contents. All bags are subject to search and this inspection is considered a condition of entry.

BALL RETURN POLICY
Any sports ball that enters the seating area must be returned immediately to the field of play by giving the ball to the game day staff or ball retrievers.

BANNERS/SIGNS
KC Current fans are encouraged to show their support and may bring banners, flags and signs to KC Current matches. Banners, flags, and signs may be displayed at games as long as: 

  • They do not contain language, symbols or images that are threatening, offensive, abusive or discriminatory on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identify, ability and/or sexual orientation or contain commercial, political, or offensive content. 
  • Signs are no larger than 11’x7’ and flags are no larger than 3’ X 5’. 
  • If affixed to a pole, the pole is hollow PVC and does not exceed 1’ in length. 
  • They do not (in any way) damage stadium property. 
  • They do not cover up any existing stadium signage or block other fans’ view. 
  • They are made of a paper or lightweight cloth material.  
  • Signs cannot utilize wood, metal or similar types of materials and may not have any sharp edges. 
  • Flag-waving during play is prohibited. 
  • Signage not permitted within CPKC Stadium will be disposed of by stadium security unless the fan wishes to return it to their vehicle. The decision regarding the admissibility and/or posting of any banner or sign is at the sole discretion of CPKC Stadium management.

An exception to this rule applies in the supporters area. Supporters must abide by the established flag approval process with the supporter group leadership and stadium security. The decision regarding the admissibility and/or posting of any banner or sign is at the sole discretion of CPKC Stadium management. CPKC Stadium reserves the right to confiscate any flag or banner that poses a risk or is not approved for display. At no time may flags interfere with stadium signage or broadcast cameras.

BICYCLES
Grand Boulevard Bridge is closed to cyclists. Cyclists are encouraged to use the Town of Kansas Bridge and Riverfront Heritage Trail to get to CPKC Stadium on matchday.

Self-lock bike racks are located just outside of CPKC Stadium’s River Gate, on the northwest side of the stadium, just off the Riverfront Heritage Trail.

BOTTLES/CANS
No outside bottles or cans with liquid in them can be brought inside CPKC Stadium. EMPTY (no liquids or ice) metal and plastic water bottles or cups (no glass) 32 oz or less are permitted for KC Current matches and most concerts and special events. Some concerts and special events may set additional restrictions.

BOX OFFICE
Any ticket inquiries can be directed to the Ticket Office, located next to the Team Store near the Helzberg Diamonds Gate.

CAMERAS 
Fans may bring personal, still-photo cameras to capture the special moments from their visit to CPKC Stadium. However, cameras with interchangeable/detachable lenses longer than 6 inches will not be allowed in CPKC Stadium.

CASHLESS VENUE 
For all transactions in CPKC Stadium, cash is not accepted. All major credit cards are accepted at all points of sale.

For the most convenient matchday experience, download the KC Current App and utilize “Current Pay”, located on the Matchday page. Current Pay is a unique QR code connected to a payment method of your choice, and is acceptable at all points of sale.

CHANGING STATIONS 
All restrooms at CPKC Stadium are equipped with baby changing stations.

CHILD WRISTBANDS
The Tag-A-Kid program allows guests with young children to obtain a bracelet displaying parent and child information, as well as seating location.

Children may obtain a free ID wristband personalized with their seat location. Wristbands are available for all matches and events at the Guest Services Offices by the Helzberg Gate located at the Southwest corner of the stadium behind Section 100.

CHILDREN/INFANTS
Children age 2 and under do not need a ticket provided they are able to sit on a parent or legal guardian’s lap during the event.

Strollers are permitted at CPKC Stadium but should never be stored in an aisle or stairway.

Strollers can be checked for free at the Guest Services Center, Guest Services Center located in the southwest corner of the stadium near the Helzberg Diamonds Gate.

Childcare bags (e.g., diaper bags) when accompanied by a child are permitted. These bags will be searched and tagged prior to entry.

CLOSED CAPTIONING
Closed captioning will appear on the main videoboard.

CLUBS
There are three club spaces at CPKC Stadium. Ticket holders in certain seating sections have exclusive access to these clubs.

  • Pitch Club – Accessible via Premium Entry, the Pitch Club is CPKC Stadium’s most exclusive space. Ticket holders in Sections 103, 104, 105, 106, 107 and 108 have Pitch Club access.  
  • North Club – Located on the northwest side of the stadium, the North Club is available for ticket holders seated in Sections 109, 110 and 111.  
  • South Club - Located on the southwest side of the stadium, the South Club is available for ticket holders seated in Sections 100, 101, and 102.

CODE OF CONDUCT
We are confident KC Current fans top the NWSL in their enthusiasm, team support, hospitality, and sportsmanship. Our reputation is shaped not only by our players, coaches, and employees, but by our fans as well. Our goal is to promote the absolute best fan experience in all of sports and entertainment, supporting our team while maintaining a family-oriented atmosphere.

KC Current and CPKC Stadium are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable match-day experience for all fans visiting its stadium and facilities. KC Current and CPKC Stadium are also deeply committed to fostering an inclusive environment, free of discrimination and harassment. This Fan Code of Conduct addresses conduct that is inconsistent with these goals and detracts from the match-day experience and the expectations of the KC Current and CPKC Stadium.

The following conduct is prohibited in the stadium and all parking lots, facilities and areas controlled by the KC Current or CPKC Stadium and through any KC Current or CPKC digital platform:

  • Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, threatening, or violent in nature, including verbal or physical harassment of match officials, players, staff, fans or other individuals.
  • Conduct that is illegal under applicable local, state, or federal law.
  • Conduct that results in damage to the venue or other personal property.
  • Fighting.
  • Fan violence.
  • Assault/battery on staff, vendors or other patrons.
  • Using threatening, abusive or discriminatory words, signs symbols, gestures or actions , including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, cultural identity, nationality, citizenship status, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, appearance and/or disability.
  • Displaying signs, symbols, words or images for commercial purposes or for electioneering, campaigning, or advocating for or against any candidate, political party, legislative issue, or government action.
  • Throwing objects of any kind towards the field, players and/or officials.
  • Causing significant damage to stadium property.
  • Provoking and/or inciting threatening, abusive or discriminatory behavior.
  • Intrusion onto the field of play or designated area of play.
  • Entering, or attempting to enter, unauthorized areas of the venue.
  • Possession of an unauthorized pyrotechnic device, smoke or firework or other prohibited item. A complete list of prohibited items for CPKC Stadium may be found here.
  • Ignoring or failing to follow instructions from venue staff, stadium policies and emergency response procedures
  • Failing to promptly return a ball that enters the stands.
  • Irresponsible use or consumption of alcohol or other substances and/or purchasing or providing for consumption alcohol for an underage individual.
  • Making unauthorized transmissions or play-by-play accounts of the match.
  • Any behavior that otherwise targets other fans or interferes with other fans’ enjoyment of the game.

Any fan who violates any of these provisions may be subject to penalties, including, but not limited to, ejection without refund, loss of ticket privileges for future games, and revocation of season tickets. There are several factors that will be taken into consideration when issuing consequences to a fan who fails to meet the expectations laid out in this Fan Code of Conduct. Any fan who conducts themselves in an extremely disruptive or dangerous manner or commits multiple violations during a 12-month period, may be banned from attending future KC Current and other NWSL matches ranging from the remainder of the season up to a lifetime ban. KC Current and/or the NWSL, as applicable, in their sole and absolute discretion, may increase or decrease any prescribed penalties. The Code of Conduct applies to all KC Current and NWSL events. Please note that the KC Current and the NWSL reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who has engaged in harassment of match officials, opposing team members, staff, or other fans or who have otherwise violated this Code of Conduct using social or digital media or other forms of communication.

Several local restaurants are featured inside of CPKC Stadium, including Joe’s KC, Billie’s Grocery, Waldo Thai, Yoli Tortilleria, Room 39, Martin City Brewing Company, Local Pig, Ruby Jean’s Juicery, High Hopes Ice Cream and more.

The majority of food offerings at CPKC Stadium are Gluten Free.  The placement of food vendors and culinary stations within the stadium are grouped together to try to avoid cross-contact of food allergens.

DRESS CODE 
To ensure the safety and security of all fans at CPKC Stadium, KC Current reserves the right to ask anyone with clothing deemed to be derogatory, profane, offensive, or insufficient to offer body coverage given the public nature of events to either remove the item or cover up the item prior to being permitted entry into or while inside the venue. Those who refuse to abide by this policy may be denied entry or removed from CPKC Stadium.

Away team colors and jerseys are not allowed in the Hy-Vee South Stands. Please see Guest Services for other seating options if needed.

DRONES
From time to time, the use of drones may be part of events at CPKC Stadium. 

For safety and security, fans are not permitted to use, operate, deploy or monitor any drones while on CPKC property, including onsite parking lots.

DROP OFF/PICK UP AREAS
For fans getting dropped off at CPKC Stadium, please follow complete drop off and pick up at the same locations used for rideshare companies.

ELEVATOR 
CPKC Stadium has one elevator that is located inside the west/premium building. Be advised, this elevator should only be used by those with ADA needs, limited mobility needs, media, press and those being escorted. All other guests are encouraged to use the stairwells to access the various levels.

ENTRANCE GATES AND TIMES 
Guests will be able to enter CPKC Stadium through the Helzberg Diamonds Gate which is on the southwest side of the Stadium and the River Gate which is North of the Stadium. These gates will be opening 2 hours before the event begins, unless otherwise posted.

EMERGENCIES
During emergency situations, please remain calm and report as much information possible to the nearest CPKC Stadium staff. In the event of any emergency, please follow CPKC Stadium staff instructions and any announcements broadcasted over the public-address system regarding stadium operations and emergency response procedures. Should guest need immediate assistance, please notify the nearest security guard, police officer or visit the Guest Services Center.

F

FAN INTERFERENCE
In the interest of player and fan safety, CPKC Stadium maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding fan interference with a ball in play or a player during the game, including interactive with a player. Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate removal from CPKC Stadium, possible arrest and/or loss of tickets.

FIELD ACCESS
Fans are prohibited from accessing the field-of-play before, during or after the game or event unless they are properly credentialed or accompanied by an authorized CPKC Stadium staff member. Violators may be subject to removal from CPKC Stadium and/or arrest.

FIREARMS
For safety and security of all fans, firearms and weapons of any kind are prohibited in CPKC Stadium.

FIREWORKS/PYROTECHNICS
From time to time, the use of pyrotechnics may be part of events presented at CPKC Stadium.  

For safety and security, the use of fireworks by fans is strictly prohibited at CPKC Stadium and in its parking lots. Fans found in possession of or using fireworks/pyrotechnics are subject to ejection without refund, loss of season tickets or gameday tickets and may also be in violation of law resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.

FIRST AID PRESENTED BY UNIVERSITY OF KANSAS HEALTH SYSTEM 
First Aid is located next to the Guest Services Center near the Helzberg Diamonds Gate,  located at the Southwest corner of the stadium behind section 100. In case of an emergency, please dial 9-1-1.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY 
Fans are not allowed to bring any outside food or beverage items inside CPKC Stadium. We ask that fans either leave these items inside their vehicles or dispose of them at the security checkpoint before entering the stadium. Milk and/or formula for infants is permitted if the infant is present and the milk/formula is subject to inspection.

There are two entry gates at CPKC Stadium. They are: 

  • Helzberg Diamonds Gate: Located next to CPKC Plaza, at the southwest entrance of CPKC Stadium. 
  • River Gate: Located on the northwest side of the stadium, just off the Riverfront Heritage Trail.

Gates will open two hours prior to KC Current matches, unless otherwise posted.

The Guest Services Center is located by the Helzberg Diamonds Gate to assist with your needs during your CPKC Stadium experience.

HEADPHONES
Noise cancelling headphones are available for checkout at the Guest Services Center. Assistive listening devices are also available for checkout at the Guest Services Center. 

Headphones are permitted inside CPKC Stadium. 

LOST AND FOUND 
All guests looking to claim, or report lost items should do so at the Guest Services Office near Helzberg Diamonds Gate and behind Section 100. If you realize you may have lost an item after an event, please email guestservices@kansascitycurrent.com.  

A photo id may be required to claim items such as credit cards. Guests who believe their credit card may be lost or stolen are responsible for contacting their financial institution. CPKC Stadium staff will not notify any financial institution that a credit card has been lost or found. 

Items lost at prior events are held in a secure location for thirty (30) days and are then either disposed of or donated to an appropriate charitable organization. All credit cards and forms of identification will be shredded and disposed of if left unclaimed for seven (7) days after the conclusion of the event. CPKC Stadium is not responsible for lost or damaged items. 

LOST PERSONS 
Children and/or fans who are separated from their family or friends will be escorted by CPKC Stadium staff to the Guest Services Office. 

Parents looking for a lost child or guest should notify the nearest member of Guest Services or security personnel or law enforcement official.

MEDIA CHECK-IN
Media Check-In will open two hours prior to the match at the Helzberg Diamonds Gate. The northernmost lane at the Helzberg Diamonds Gate will be reserved for media members and all others with credential access.

MOTORCYCLES AND SCOOTERS
All motorcycles and scooters planning to park on-site at CPKC Stadium are required to purchase an on-site parking pass just as a personal vehicle would. To purchase parking, please visit www.kansascitycurrent.com/on-site-parking.

NURSING/MOTHERS ROOMS 
Nursing Rooms are available on the Northwest corner behind Sections110 & 111 and on the Southwest corner behind Sections 131 & 132.

PARKING

The CPKC Stadium Onsite Parking Lot Rules and Regulations have been created to provide a safe environment for all guests visiting CPKC Stadium. Some of those rules include:

  • Parking lots will open approximately 3 hours prior to stated event time. Vehicles must exit no later than 2 hours after the end of the event. 
  • You must have a valid parking pass to park in the parking lots during event hours. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. 
  • One vehicle per parking space. 
  • Saving spaces is prohibited. 
  • No Trailers (of any kind). 
  • No grills (of any kind), no oil fryers, no cooking stations, no open fire pits, no tents, no tables, no chairs, no yard games, no generators and no amplified sound systems are permitted. 
  • No loitering. 
  • Oversized vehicles may be required to purchase an additional parking pass if they do not fit into one parking space. 
  • No solicitations, commercial activity, circulating advertising or marketing materials of any kind. 
  • No drones or other unmanned aircraft. 
  • Failure to obey these rules and any other policies or direction of CPKC Stadium, KC Current or parking attendants may result in ejection from the parking lot and/or loss of parking privileges. 
  • Parking your vehicle in a Parking Lot is at your own risk.

CPKC Stadium is a cashless facility. All major credit cards are accepted.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items are prohibited at CPKC Stadium. These items may be subject to change based on the event type and at the discretion of CPKC Stadium management. 

  • Air horns/whistles/vuvuzelas  
  • Aerosol cans or pressurized containers 
  • Alcohol (other than purchased from CPKC Stadium’s concessionaire)  
  • Animals (except service animals) 
  • Audio/video recording devices 
  • Bags larger than 12" x 12" x 6”, backpacks, briefcases and luggage.  
    • All bags must be clear and no larger than 12" x 12" x 6”.  
    • Exceptions: Small clutches and purses measuring 5” x 9” or smaller may be permitted after a thorough inspection by stadium security associates. Diaper bags and medical bags are permitted subject to the same inspection procedures. 
  • Batteries: Loose batteries, or batteries not used in a working, permitted device 
  • Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, roller skates and other items that could be a safety hazard  
  • Cans 
  • Chairs, booster seats, stools, or other seating devices 
  • Chemicals 
  • Clothing containing offensive, inciting or foul language or depictions  
  • Clothing containing wires, batteries or other electronic components 
  • Confetti 
  • Drones and other unmanned aerial devices/vehicles 
  • Drums and drumsticks unless approved by CPKC Stadium Management 
  • Fireworks or other explosives of any kind including but not limited to flares, smoke bombs, incendiary devices and pyrotechnics  
  • Glass bottles or containers 
  • Illegal drugs and substances 
  • Inflatable objects (beach balls, latex balloons, etc.) 
  • Interchangeable/detachable camera lenses or cameras with lenses longer than six inches 
  • Laptops, unless accompanied by working credentials 
  • Laser pointers and lights 
  • Masks related to health provisions are permitted; Other masks that cover or conceal identity are not permitted 
  • Noisemakers, including but not limited to, drums, whistles, and horns unless approved by CPKC Stadium Management 
  • Outside food or beverage (except for breastmilk/formula) 
  • Sealed bottles of water

  • Signs (no larger than 11’x7), flags (no larger than 3’ X 5’), shakers, or any item with a pole or stick unless approved by CPKC Stadium Management 
  • Signs, banners, or flags displaying symbols, images, using language or making gestures that are threatening, offensive, abusive, or discriminatory, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, ability, and/or sexual orientation as determined in the sole discretion of CPKC Stadium management 
  • Tobacco products and associated paraphernalia including but not limited to, lighters, vaporizers, vaporizer cartridges, etc. 
  • Tripods, monopods, and Selfie-Sticks 
  • Umbrellas larger than 33 inches. Umbrellas with a pointed end are NOT permitted 
  • Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements or stickers 
  • Weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, knives, pepper spray, stun guns, concealed weapons, and firearms and any ammunition or accessories to weapons 
  • Wrapped items or gifts 
  • Any other item or device deemed dangerous, inappropriate or suspicious by CPKC Stadium management

CPKC Stadium Management reserves the right to review items and handle each occurrence on a case by-case basis. CPKC Stadium management is not able to hold items for guests. All permitted bags, jackets and guests are subject to search upon entering CPKC Stadium.

RECORDINGS
Video footage recorded via professional cameras, small video cameras or cell phones is prohibited. Fans found recording or with recordings may be asked to delete footage and/or ejected from the stadium.

RE-ENTRY POLICY 
In accordance with CPKC Stadium security procedures, guests are not permitted to exit and re-enter the stadium using the same ticket.

RETAIL
CPKC Stadium has three retail merchandise locations: 

  • Team Store – located on the southwest side of the stadium near the Helzberg Diamonds Gate. 
  • Section 108 
  • Section 127

RIDESHARE
To safely and efficiently manage the flow of matchday traffic around CPKC Stadium on matchdays, designated pick-up and drop-off locations have been selected for fans utilizing rideshare services.

SCALPING
The unlawful resale of any event tickets on CPKC Stadium grounds and/or event parking lots is strictly PROHIBITED and may result in the loss of ticket privileges and/or prosecution to the full extent of the law.

SENSORY ALERTS
Fans should be aware that there will be loud, sudden noises during KC Current matches.  

  • When a flyover is scheduled, there will be low-flying aircraft and loud noise associated with the proximity of the aircraft.  
  • Matches will often include the use of pyrotechnics prior to kickoff, after KC Current goals are scored and/or post-match. Pyrotechnics will include the use of loud noise and bright, rapid visual effects.  
  • A loud train horn will sound after KC Current goals are scored.

Your well-being is our priority. Sensory rooms located on the northwest concourse and southeast concourse are available to fans with audio or visual sensitivities.

SENSORY KITS
Sensory kits are available to help guests self-regulate to reduce the impact of sensory stimuli. Kits can be checked out at Guest Services Center.

SENSORY ROOM 
Sensory Rooms are available for guests who are experiencing sensory overload. These spaces are located on the NW corner behind sections 110/111 and on the SW corner behind sections 131/132.

SHUTTLES
KC Current is offering a free matchday shuttle service to any fan arriving to either of two shuttle locations in River Market and Downtown KC. Shuttle buses will pick-up and drop-off fans at both locations on matchdays. At the stadium, shuttles will drop-off and pick-up fans at CPKC Plaza, adjacent to the Helzberg Diamonds Gate.

  • 2nd and Grand
    Shuttles will pick-up and drop-off on the southwest side of the intersection at 2nd and Grand. 
  • 7th and Main
    Shuttles will pick-up and drop-off on the north side of 7th St. between Main and Baltimore.

The matchday shuttle service will start two hours prior to kickoff and end two hours after the match. Shuttles service will run continually between all three shuttle locations during service hours on matchday.

SIGN LANGUAGE SERVICES
To arrange for sign language services during events, please email guestservices@kansascitycurrent.com no later than 72 hours prior to the event.

SIGNS AND BANNERS
KC Current fans are encouraged to show their support and may bring banners, flags and signs to KC Current matches. Banners, flags, and signs may be displayed at games as long as: 

  • They do not contain language, symbols or images that are threatening, offensive, abusive or discriminatory on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identify, ability and/or sexual orientation or contain commercial, political, or offensive content. 
  • Signs are no larger than 11’x7’ and flags are no larger than 3’ X 5’. 
  • If affixed to a pole, the pole is hollow PVC and does not exceed 1’ in length. 
  • They do not (in any way) damage stadium property. 
  • They do not cover up any existing stadium signage or block other fans’ view. 
  • They are made of a paper or lightweight cloth material.  
  • Signs cannot utilize wood, metal or similar types of materials and may not have any sharp edges. 
  • Flag-waving during play is prohibited. 
  • Signage not permitted within CPKC Stadium will be disposed of by stadium security unless the fan wishes to return it to their vehicle. The decision regarding the admissibility and/or posting of any banner or sign is at the sole discretion of CPKC Stadium management.

An exception to this rule applies in the supporters area. Supporters must abide by the established flag approval process with the supporter group leadership and stadium security. The decision regarding the admissibility and/or posting of any banner or sign is at the sole discretion of CPKC Stadium management. CPKC Stadium reserves the right to confiscate any flag or banner that poses a risk or is not approved for display. At no time may flags interfere with stadium signage or broadcast cameras.

SMOKING AND TOBACCO POLICY 
CPKC Stadium is a smoke-free facility. Use of marijuana or tobacco products of any form, including E-cigarettes and vaporizers, are prohibited in all areas of CPKC Stadium.

SECURITY SCREENING
For fan safety, prior to entering CPKC Stadium gates, all fans will be subject to security screening which include walkthrough metal detectors and may include wanding, pat-downs by same-gender security personnel and inspections of all bags and items entering the stadium. Any prohibited item must be returned to the guest's vehicle. Persons that refuse to be wanded, patted down, and/or refuse to have their belongings inspected will not be admitted. To ensure that fans are in their seat in time for event start, please allow an extra 30 minutes at CPKC Stadium gate entrances.

STROLLERS 
​Strollers are permitted at CPKC Stadium but should never be stored in an aisle or stairway.

Strollers can be checked for free at the Guest Services Center, Guest Services Center located in the southwest corner of the stadium near the Helzberg Diamonds Gate. Strollers can also be checked at the Bike Valet located just outside of CPKC Stadium’s River Gate, on the northwest side of the stadium.

Childcare bags (e.g., diaper bags) when accompanied by a child are permitted. These bags will be searched and tagged prior to entry.

SUPPORTERS SECTION
The Hy-Vee South Stands are general admission. Reserving seats is prohibited. Please be prepared for loud noises, drums, smoke, and Tifos. 
 
Away team colors and jerseys are not allowed in the Hy-Vee South Stands. Please see Guest Services for other seating options if needed.

SUSTAINABILITY 
Zero Waste: At CPKC Stadium we are serious about reducing the amount of waste that goes to the landfill. Help us achieve zero waste by using the appropriate collection bins for reusable cups, aluminum cans & bottles, and the remaining waste that goes into the compost bin.

VISITING TEAM FANS
Visiting team fans at CPKC Stadium are welcome and treated as any other guest. Verbal or physical harassment of the fans of a visiting team will be considered a violation of the Fan Code of Conduct and grounds for ejection and/or arrest.

WEATHER DELAYS
Lightning, strong winds, and heavy snowfall may delay or postpone a game or event. In the event of a weather-related evacuation or relocation, please listen to the instructions of the CPKC stadium staff and any announcements broadcast over the public address system.

WHEELCHAIR SERVICES
At CPKC Stadium, we offer wheelchair assistance to bring a guest to their seat and pick them up when they wish to leave the stadium. Guests may arrange for wheelchair assistance by contacting an event staff member or calling Guest Services at 913-374-0233 or email guestservices@kansascitycurrent.com

Due to limited wheelchair quantities, guests are not permitted to keep CPKC Stadium wheelchairs during the event. Guests are asked to supply their own wheelchairs if they need one for the duration of the event.
