Adopt Silvia, our Mascot of the Match!

This season, KC Current is teaming up with local animal shelters in support of pet adoptions. For the third year, the club presents the Mascot of the Match campaign, spotlighting local animals ready for adoption.  

Our Mascot of the Match for KC Current vs. NJ/NY Gotham on Saturday, September 28 is Silvia from Chain of Hope!  

Adopt Silvia

Silvia is about one year old and has had a difficult life. When she was rescued by Chain of Hope, her ears were bleeding , she was skinny and felt unloved. All of that changed after she made it to Chain of Hope! She is now spayed, vaccinated, on flea prevention, heart worm prevention, kennel-trained and she absolutely loves playing with other dogs. If you have a dog that needs a friend, Silvia is your girl! She loves her toys, frozen bones at night before bed, and happy smiles from her care-givers when they come to work in the morning! She is obedient, gives lots of kisses and she's quite pretty, she's told! Don't pass up on her, she's a literal dream!

Chain of Hope KC is a 501 c3 organization, formed in 2010 with a primary goal of alleviating the suffering of abused and neglected animals within the urban core of Kansas City. Their ultimate goal is to break the chain of ignorance, break the chain of suffering, and break the chain of unwanted litters. They are located in Kansas City, MO.
